Procedure to claim share in fathers property taken up by brother

My brother is not giving me the partition as the property received from my parental asset. My father was a drunkard and my fathers brothers and sisters given the property in my brothers name and they sold our old house and made a new house with that money in my brothers land which gave my fathers brothers and sisters now I don't have anything to live they are not giving anything to me. Kindly inform me is there is any chance for me to file a case against them to get anything for me to live.
