Procedure to claim share in father's property on selling it off.

My father and mother wants to sell his home which is his own name but given nothing to me.Is this possible.
If the property belong to your father and mother then during their life time you have no right of the property. They can sell their property to anybody. You became owner only if your father and mother died and left the property in their own name.

Yes they can sell their own property without giving you, they have their own specific right to sell the same, if they do not want to give you the same you can not do anything. You only can appeal to them for some share of it.

The property is legally own by your parents and they have the every right to deal with it legally. If they are selling the property and not giving you anything , you cannot knock the door of law.
