Procedure to claim share in father in law's property.

My father in law sold all property I have two minor sons can I take stay on behalf of my sons

Dear if your father in law have the self acquired property means he has purchased by his own then he can sell it out to any one, if the property belongs to your grandparents then you can get the stay by filing a civil suit.

yes you can take stay orders but before this you have to send details whether the property is ancestral or self aquired property of your father in law. for more details you can avail our services as per the instructions.

If the property is ancestral property then you can file case against them and stay is the matter of facts and circumstances whether granted by the court or not . But with that you come to some point what you want

If the property is ancestral property then your sons have right in that property but if the property is self made property of your father in law then your sons have no right in that property as your father in law is free to sell it as per his sweet Will
