Procedure to claim property from buas brother who took fraudly

My Bua resides in America & her brothers cheated her &got property on there name without informing her.she wants her share..
in such a case, you can file a criminal complaint against your bua's brother who have cheated or forged the documents and taken the possession of the property. you can also file a suit as a n alternative remedy for injunction. Once the court is satisfied that as per the laws the court shall grant the siblings there share in the property.
