Procedure to claim equal share in ancestral property

Whn Ansister property were dealing I did not sign on it I was not ready for this but still thy did without my signature, now I want to claim it and take my equal share. Wht and how should I do.?
You can ask that whatever his share was determined In the earlier partition, He is ready to accept that share and possession should be delivered to him. OR
If the coparcenars are not ready to give his share in his possession, than he can file a suit for partition and separate possession of his share by making all the coparcenars as a necessary party in that suit for claming his share and separate possession their of in the court of competent jurisdiction

Before we proceed to analyse ur rights in the dispute property, we need to know whether ur name has been recorded in the revenue records of the property...? Or whether at any point of time your share has been admitted by the other co-parceners or co-owners? Irrespective of the answers to the above , if u need to assert rights on the property, u need to Claim share in the property by issuing legal notice. If notice is not complied, suit for declaration, injunction and partition should be filed in the court of competent jurisdiction
