We file civil suit against my step mother in 2011 and we get the stay on the property in 2014 my step mother sale this property to third party in 2016 and the third party sale to forth party by registered sale deed and still court stay on property in my favour and we file the contempt of court on my step mother after this illigel offence now advise me how we cancel this last to translation of property how cancel the last 2 name from property card
File, a suit for cancellation of sale deed against your step mother under Section 31 of The Specific Relief Act, 1963. You can also file a contempt petition in the court uprising the court that the property has been sold despite stay order which was granted by the court.
Hello Dear Client, first sory for late reply, i would like to advice you if the stay order has been passed by the cout then no one can sale anything from any source that is totally illegal, you can go for FIR on those Authority who had given the approval for these Agreement. ok
