Procedure to buy property in partnership already leased out .

Dear sir me and my friend want to purchase one plot which is of 120sqmtr. in gr noida but the property is on lease hold ( 100 yr lease of gr noida authority ) and they can provide registry for only one person or co-owner is in blood relation, so i want to know that will there be any legal agreement between me and my friend so that we both hold the ownership right and in future both signature is required for selling the property. kindly suggest me the best possible legal advice in this case. thanks
Please tell us that you want to purchase residential or commercial property in Gr. Noida. If you want to purchase the commercial property then you should executed the partnership deed and behalf of the deed you both become co-owner of the property.
