Mere land par koi other person ghar bra kar rah raha hai. So I want free my own place
consult a good lawyer with all relevant facts, papers and documents. If all the papers and documents relating to the land in issue are in your favour, under law, nobody have right to capture it. There are multiple avenues to get it vacated.

U have to prove your title for that place hence u should file title suit in district court. For immediate solution U can also take help of local police or mediation to remove this problem . If his possession is from last six month than u can file petition under section 144 to remove him from such place but the order of 144 and 145 is valid only for six month. U can get final solution through title suit .
