Procedure to apply for injunction in the property

Can you please advice me on the procedure to apply an injunction on my property which is on a loan right now and is in Bangalore, India. I am unable to pay my loan as of now due to personal reasons. Can you please help me with the procedure so I am able to apply for the same.

as per your query whenever bank come froward for recovery of loan amount, they will issue you a notice and they will give advertisement on local news paper at that time you have to apply application for stay before Debt Recovery Tribunal.

Sir,
Normally injunction can be granted when you are in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property and some are trying to alienating the same. Under that circumstances the possession of the property is proved then you can get injunction.
From you facts some where i presume that for loan you have mortgaged the proeprty and the bank is trying to take possession of the property.
Under this circumstance you have the remedy before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. Here you can apply for injuction or Stay for the Bank Proceeding. BUT the DRT may impose certain condition while passing the stay order like some deposit to be made to bank..
It will also grant time to make you payment.
