Procedure of transfer of agricultural land to minor sons

i have a agricultural land around 2 acres in chhattisgarh.i want to transfer it in the name of my both sons aged 9 & 6 years.whats the procedure and the cost i will have to bear? will there be any stamp duty or tax involved ?
Yes you can transfer through various way, first is through will.1)will is legal even if it is not registered.not cost you untill you get it registered.but the problem with will is that it would be executable only after the transferor has passed away. 2) Apart from that you can transfer through "gift" which has to be registered and you have to pay the registry charges i.e. stamp duty. And it is executable immediately.since your children are minor you can't sell the land to them because they don't have any income to buy the land.
