SIR, I lost the original Hibba paper somewhere and court is asking for the original paper.I have already submitted photocopy of Hibba and certified copy of Mutation paper issued by the local authority and original rent reciepts but patna civil court is not accepting the photocopy of Hibba. Kindly help me and give the guideline.

Contact a good lawyer. File an affidavit to the effect that original Hibba is lost. Ask through lawyer in the ongoing proceeding of partition suit to your brother to prove that the Hibba and contents therein are wrong.
