Procedure for the division of ancestral property
13-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My maternal grandfather passed away in 1995. He is succeeded by 3 sons and 3 daughters. He inherited a house from his father and it's been undivided since 4 generations now. He has no will .(1) Is my mother entitled for any share in that house? (2) can the house or any part of it be sold without my mother's consent? Pls advise.
Who is he? Is your mother among the three daughters that you have mentioned? What about your grandmother? Is she alive? Kindly clarify me this so that I could be able to draw a proper and correct family tree in order to help you out.
