Procedure for property title change through inheritance

Hi,
Both of my parents expired and I got family certificate from revenue department. Now I have to change the property title ( house and land around the house) to my name from my mother's name. Please let me know the procedure.

If you are the only child, then based on family member certificate, you can apply for mutation in the municipal office / mandal revenue office , electricity bill etc.
You can also transfer the property in your name at sub registrar office by paying a nominal fee based on the family member certificate.
if there are other siblings, then you need to get their NOC and also make them sign the relinquishment deed/partition deed.
