Procedure for division of ancestral property among children equally

My father refuses to divide the ancestral property among the daughters and wants only my brother to inherit it. I understand this is cannot happen without we daughter's consent, but we want the property to be divided anomg everybody while my father is alive. What legal procedure should i follow?
