Procedure against the illegal construction on the property

In my absence my neighbor constructed walls on my land. Even after my objection he is again going to construct house forcefully capturing some part of the same land. He even threatens me. Pl advice me how to stop immediately the on going construction work.
First of all you should file a petition before concerned court for institution under section 144. After that you can file a suit claiming injunction in civil court at the concerned civil court as per your jurisdiction.
