Problem caused by School in Residential Area

Hello Everyone, There is one school operates in my residential colony next to my house in Indore, M.P. This school is up to class IX. Due to which I face a lot of issue like traffic stuck-up due to dozen of auto, and main problem is Noise Pollution every now and then as they uses speaker to celebrate every festivals. I want to know what are all the rules and regulation regarding opening of such school in a residential colony. Does that school required any sort of NOC from the neighbours?
Yes there are guidelines laid down by Supreme court in the case of Avinash Mehrotra vs Union of India to follow the standards by the schools in terms of National Building Code of India 2005. in an order passed by Allahabad High court in the matter of Gomti River Banks Residents vs State of U.P .u can file a writ petition regarding the alleged nuisance /non compliance of rules by the school authorities whatever be the nuisance it can be challenged in the High court.
