Power of attorney transfer from one person to another

We are living in the current property from last 25 years however this property is on my mother and my Uncle (chacha Ji's) name. Recently my chacha ji died now my question is who is sole owner for the property. We have good relation among family in last 25 years we never discussed to transfer this property to either of them. What to do in this case. And this property is a power of attorny property.
First of all you please note no property sale on the basis of power of attorney is a legal sale as decided by Supreme court of India in many of cases.
Next, now because power of Attorney is not a basis of getting ownership of the concerned property how you claim it? You said you people are residing in the same property with your uncle since long and as no sale deed is executed between you people and the actual owner of the house. you can file a case of first; injunction,as not to create a third party interest and do not dispossess you by the owner of the property. And side by side a suit fir declaration of ownership on the basis of long and continuous possession of the property not as tenant nor as licencee of the owner of the property.
See now a days no ownership gets transfer on the basis of power of attorney.
