Power of attorney of Sale valid or not

Hi I gave some money to my friend and he is asking for few more months time he said until then he can give power of attorney sale to his flat so that if he doesn’t repay I can sell his property May I know if this valid and and I can sell the property to someone else without his consent or presence ?

If possible you can get the apartment registered in your name. Power of attorney can be cancelled at any time without notice. You can not rely on such power of attorney from your friend as it seems he is just trying to convince you for now.

Ownership means a person has a right over the property and owns it. ... If the owner gives another individual power of attorney (POA), that person can sell it under this authority. A POA gives another person the power to act on behalf of the owner and further he can cancel the POA anytime without your concern better get a mortgage deed from your friend.
