Power of attorney given by 3 brother for securing TDR from PMC

30-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
We are four brothers. My three brothers gave Power of Attorney (Special) for securing TDR from PMC, as compensation for taking over our house for the purpose of road widening. Now can the Pune Municipal Corporation, demand me and my brother's signature on any affidavit, declaration etc. or is my signature based on the Power of Attorney enough ? Am also one of the owners of the house. Thank you.

As per the facts of ur case the said power of attorney is more than sufficient . Once the power is given no separate affidavit is required . That too being the co owner of the said property.
Therefore as per my advice POA is sufficient

You being the poa u have been authorised by your brothers Dj to the act with respect to t d r from Pmc you while signing and giving them the rights for extension of road u will have to mention it to them that u are the poa and will be acting for all of them
While signing I will have to produce a xerox copy o the Poa and get it attached to the documents of the Pmc
