Dear Sir,
We want to know if a Chinese citizen who has OCI card & Aadhar card can give power of attorney to his brother & sister in law who are Indian nationals, to fight cases in Indian courts on his behalf ?

Yes,
but power of attorney must be registered with Sub registrar.And if it is not possible to register in India then it can be attested in Counsellatte of India in China.
There must be clearly mentioned that what is the reason for execution of Power of Attorney and status of citizenship of OCI citizens citizenship in POA.
