Possession not given nor returning the money

Case 1: i have bought a commercial office space in vardhman alpha square mall alpha sector greater noida in oct 2012. Builder promised me to give the possesion in 36 months and in mean time he assured me for monthly return of 21930/- which he gave me til march 2015 but later on he denied to give and even after almost 8 years i am not getting the posession of the said office space.
Case 2: i have booked a residential flat in morpheous pratiksha project in noida extension 1 in 2014 the builder assured me to give the possession in 30 months but till now no work has been started up nor the builder is ready to give the money

where options are
1. refund of amount
2. compensation sbi plr
or
3. possession with interest

Dear client, I have seen your query carefully and found that you have not get the possession of the properties. you can send a legal notice to the builders then you can file a petition for refund the money deposited by you along with interest. you have two options . you can file the petition before the consumer Forum or file a petition before RERA. we have full knowledge and experience in such type of cases. you can contact me through the administrator of this website for more information and guidance.

in both the cases you can file a complaint before RERA or consumer court.
if you want possession then in that case possession will be awarded to you along with the delay penalty.
secondly if you want the entire refund then the whole amount will be refunded @mclr+1%
