POSSESSION DELAYED AND REFUND FROM THE BUILDER( JAYPEE)

i booked the flat of star court in jaypeegreens greater Noida in 2007and have paid 70 percent amount till date but since the possession was delayed by more than 4 years i did not pay the balance amount since i had no more faith in the jaypee and hence my flat was cancelled because of non- payment with letter for refund of rs .72 lakhs on depositing the original documents with no written assurance of time and therefore i did not deposited the original documents till date and now jaypee infra is insolvent what should i do though flat is in greater Noida under jaypee associates.. pls guide
