Possession delay by builder and delay

I purchased a flat in Kalpataru Paramount Thane in 2023. Possession was supposed to be in June 24. We have paid all the amount but the team dealing with the possession keeps delaying saying that some payment is due and it's now December. Today we were supposed to get our possession but they said someone else's payment was mixed with ours and some outstanding is ther which I paid. Now again they are delaying possession with flimsy excuses.
What do I do
You can approach RERA by filing a complaint for the same against the developer. By filing a complaint with the RERA authority some strictures can be passed against the developer. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

Well, you file a case before the concerned RERA Authority of your State to get your Belated Possession or seek Refund of the entire money invested by you along with interest under the concerned provisions of the RERA Act.
