Possession delay as stated in agreement ........
29-Aug-2024 (In Property Law)
Possession is delayed by the builder by 5 months as stated in agreement.Now he is denying for compensation by say there are 6 months grace period for giving possession.
Plz suggest
Well you have two remedies which can be availed first remedies you can file a consumer complaint against the Builder regarding your delayed position and the hardships faced by you and secondly you can file a complaint with
RERA in whose jurisdiction you are being covered
