Police protection for property in a property dispute

11-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
If A and B have property dispute, Court’s order allows A to enter the property and Also ordered B to not to obstruct A while entering the property. Now if A demands for a police protection while entering, is it mandatory to police to give police protection as court doesn’t mention anything about police protection

As per your query

While taking the possession of the property as per the directions of the court, the court bailiff will visit the premises and hand over the actual physical possession of the premises to the concerned person. In case the bailiff is unable to take the possession for any obstructions from other party, he has to report the same to the concerned court and ask for police protection. Then in that case the police protection will be granted by the court.
