Plot/Khatian record no found in my name after mutation being done.

Schedule of land : An area of land measuring 13.5 decimal under Mouza - Brajanathchak, P.S.- Haldia, District - Purba Medinipur, Plot No. 370, J L No. 196. Seller of the land : Having in title Lt Birenda Maity, son of Lt Prahallad Ch Maity of Brajanathchak, P.S. Haldia, Purba Medinipur was the owner of the land. The RS records suggests his title and possession. Buyer of the land : I, Sri Dilip Kumar Mondal, s/o Lt Bhaskar Ch Mondal have purchased the land by way of ostensible sale Deeds being deed no. 2463, 2466, (3 + 3 =6 decimal), which was registered at Sub-Regitrar Office, Sutahata on date 10-04-1989. As a result I became the absolute owner of the land. Certificate of Mutation : Memo No. : 557-558 /B.L.& L.R.O/SII/36/92, Dated : 01-06-1992. The mistake I have done is,-not paid land revenue till date after completion of mutation. Now the record for plot no 370 is to be found in the name of local municipality. My query is, how can I make it correct in my name ? I am Hindu.
