plot under FTL... how to get compensation?

I bought a plot in Hyderabad in 2006. I came to know recently that the plot comes under FTL. what is the remedy for me? can I file a case against a developer, for cheating me and not disclosing the facts that it comes under FTL. Do tell me the remedies where I can protect my plot or get compensation ?

for misrepresentation and for other non disclosure of facts and in the meantime if you received any notice from government then you could approach court
