Plot Bought in 2017 still not in possesion in 2025

I had bought a plot in 2017 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This plot has been bought under a joint agreement between 3 co-owners of the land. Now the issue is this land that has been bought around 8 years ago is still not partitioned or demarcated. I only have the sale deed, RoR and trace map of the entire land (not partitioned) .The person who is responsible for the demarcation and partition is indefinitely delaying the process and not being transparent. What actions can i take to get my land ASAP ?
Do not worry. First of all you need to identify your land which you have purchased. And for identification of your land you need to file an application for demarcation to identify the land which you have purchased. For demarcation there is no need of the sellers consent or any presence. You yourself is the only person required to be present during the demarcation procedure. Secondly, is also seems that even if you have purchased the land you are not in physical possession over the same. Thirdly, regarding the issue of partition, I would say that, if the 3 co-owners are the only owners of that property, and they have sold the entire land to you, then you need not to go for any partition. But if they. have sold only a certain share of plot/land then you can file a suit for partition in the court to get the portion of your purchased land, and thereafter you can take physical possession over the same.
