PHYSICALLY PATTALAND OF 219& INCLUDED LAND EXENT IS SAME AS TIPPAN EXTENT.BUT THE 220 PATTEDAR LAND OWNER OCCUPIED 3 MONTHS BACK(DURIG CIVILCASE) AND SAYING THAT ACCORDING TO VILLAGE MAP THAT BIT BELONGS ME.we found recently on tippan that" MOZANIDER MINJUMLA LAND MAZKOOR NUMBERS INCLUDED"..HENCE THAT BIT OF LAND BELANGS ME OR NOT.
hi if the land is yours and the other party is trying to interfere with the possession of the property then you could file civil suit for injunction and for declaration of title that the property belongs to you
