Planning to buy a property in bangalore. Need advice.
16-Mar-2024 (In Property Law)
Property purchased by Person X (around 60+ age) and its a self earned property.
- He expired sometime back and has not made any Will.
• He has a wife and 3 children. One female and Two Male.
• All are married and have kids. (major & minor)
• Two Male son expired leaving behind family (wife and two kids from each son)
• Person X wife (mother) has gifted the property to Daughter (Son wife & rest of family not involved in the process.
- How can I buy this property.
if the wife and X are not Hindu then you can safely by the property from the present owners. they are not Christians are Muslims Who need the whole family to join in such a sale because the donor had no right for gifting the properly anyone in the family unless others had a joint to confertitle on the donor.
