physically ill fathers property

my father is physically ill and on bed since last 2 yrs. many relatives comes to see him, and many of them are expert in fraud docs, one is forcing us to sell 6 acre farm via him blah blah and giving us dhamkis etc. also i hv doubt that any other relatives can take my fathers thumb and create false doc etc. so how can i secure my fathers properties in his life so that no one can sell his property other then him , and after him no other then his childrens. also two of my sisters, 1 brother and mom also interested to sell via that person without tellin my other brothers and sisters.
Either you can get a WILL registered as per your Father’s WILL. Or you can also get a Gift deed in your favour from
Your father for your particular share if he is ready !

if you have came to know that documents are fraud false then you can chalenge and stay of said property ,
against the treating of yours relative, you can file a separate complaint case against him if yours Father is in yours favour then yours Father can challenge said documents
even yours Father can give SPA in yours favour for court proceedings and any legal excercise on behalf of yours Father
