23-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
We went to arbitration, went to district court and now in high court allahabad. against termination of petrol pump. we had given our demand draft to lift up the the supplies from indian oil corporation. they didn't let us lift the supplies and our petrol pump was terminated. they have it deposited with them from 2007. we have lost at two authorities now in the high court. will we get interest on the deposited amount with iocl?? our petrol pump has been terminated on not having seal on tt retention sample where it is the responsibility of the company to provide seal, termination can be on the second instace. on first insatnce the compnay didnt provide us with seal where we did give an application to the company but they didnt consider our application which we have proof of and we were fined. How to get our money back?

Dear sir,

Its not possible to provide answer to your query based on the information provided by you.

First of all we need to look at the termination clause of the agreement entered by you with the company. Also, we will be able to advise you better after going through the case papers and status of the ongoing case in Allahabad High court.

you can file an appeal in supreme court against the high court matter. However, the documents and related laws have to be perused in detail to understand the entire matter. But nevertheless Supreme Court is the last option. Other avenues may be suggested after going through your files.
