Sir mene apne friends k papa k sath ek chota sa investment kiya tha ham ne ekmakan pe dono ne 50/payment lgaya tha aaj vo makan usne direct sell kardiya hai or muje bataya bhi nahi or payment k liye muje javab bhi nahi de raha hai so please aap meri help kariye k me kis taah se apna payment legally nikal saku

You should engage some lawyer as soon as possible as clarification is needed in your case...Nither you have told what document were executed, MOU was made or not. Mode of your payment ect ..
If fraud have been done you can file a complaint in police station.

Agar AAP ne property purchase karte time apna 50% hissa Rakha hai to samne wala aapko permission ke Bina property sale nahi kar Sakta . AAP apni payment legally le sakte hai Lekin uske liye aapko civi suit file karna hoga.
