Person occupying public land, how to restrain him legally ?

27-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello Sir/Madam, I'm from Meerut, U.P.(West). A person in our locality is expressing illegal 'Kabza' on a land which is actually no one's. He is very rude to everyone, and abuses a much. The land is like 'Garbage Tract' and that's why all the stray dogs poop there, and also everyone in the locality throw garbage there. One day, I got there with my pet then he came shouting, screaming and abusing. He abused me very much, so I too told him, that this land has no owner, therefore, my pet will poop here only. After that, I got to know that, he abused many of the locality members for no reason, he always do same. I want to teach him a lesson. So, I want to ask if there is any legal method of how I can sue him. "Maine sir ab soch liya hai, chahe chota ho ya bada, uspe case zroor krna h.......usko kanoon ka sabak dena hai...... sir please koi rasta batao.....plzzzzzz"

You can inquire about the status of possession of the said property in the office of tehsildar or the registrar. You can also file Right To information letter seeking details of the property and wait for your answer till a reply is being sent by them

Hi, If the land is a public property no one can occupy the land. If you want to refrain him from illegal possession you have to file a complaint against him before the appropriate authority i.e. tehsildar first of all and if he is not hearing you then you can file P.I.L. before Allahabad High Court.
Thanking You.
