Hi,
We have a small piece of land in raigad , mangaon. Mangaon is still a gram panchayat. We have our residential house for more than 30 yrs. Since the house is quite old we are thinking of demolishing and constructing a residential building. The land was originally a farm land but the entire area is now become populated with residence . Will I need NA permission to construct a building on such land. Please advise
