pending land acquisition yet to be settled what to do

08-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear sir, My mother's registered house building property with urban land ceiling clearance for 416 square yards was taken possession by the Municipal corporation of Hyderabad (MCH) duly demolishing the house in the year 2000 for road widening purpose. she took the stay order to do justice in the year 2000 but the MCH did not paid any compensation due to official reasons for not getting the clearance from the Urban Land ceiling office at Hyderabad. MCH did not intimated this to the owner about it. In the year 2014, she again approached the High court for taking action. Even after the second time court order also her case was not settled. She expired on dt.16-03-2016 fighting for justice for her property compensation. Even after till today.i.e.8-5-2018 no action is being taking by the MCH and but the land is being used for public purpose for road since the year 2000 onwards. My questions are posted in my second post to your good self for giving the right direction & with good advice

You can file writ against MCH that to pay immediately the compensation to your house demolition and took away by MCH along with other costs and damages including the interest up on the total compensation.

you are entitled for compensation with interest and solatium. The query is improper as you stated that the high court has given stay order. Than how could they proceed, No ceiling clearance required. A case can be filed for seeking compensation before civil court and a Writ can be filed in high court for directions to the GHMC.
