Pending Flat Registration Because of Mortgage and Ongoing Case

Hi Team,
I'm struggling to decide about my flat which is not yet registered to my name as bank is not providing NOC because of legal case between builder and the bank wherein the builder had mortgaged the property and now bank is asking the builder to clear the dues. Now I have paid school fee for my son nearby. Please help me decide. I'm planning to stay there and complain police for registration or refund from the builder and then later vacate the flat after I get my money back. Please suggest
You can file a police complaint against builder but as you say builder has not paid Bank dues he may not have money to repay your money either. Is the builder ready to register flat to you? Have you feat buyers formed any group ar association ? Are there other bayas in same situation. ?
