Pendency of Second Appeal in High Court of M.P., Indore Bench.

Pendency of Second Appeal in the High Court Indore since 2016, even after the Supreme Court has requested as per file SLP for early disposal in order dated 03/05/2024 l, also raised IA for the same on 15.10.2024, no listing for final hearing / No stay vacating.
Need advice.
U can file application for urgent hearing with a mention memo requesting the court to list the matter .As per vacating of stay is concerned that application can also be filled along with urgent hearing. A special request can also be made along with mention memo to the senior Division Bench .Contact me for any help.
