Payment Mode for Registration on Selling of Property
04-Aug-2024 (In Property Law)
Hi,
I own a property in Bengaluru and I have planned to sell it for personal purposes. But, I am in a doubt that the buyer might pay the entire property amount (example - 50 lakhs) only through cash as it may be too risky for me to handle. Please advise me is it safe to go with this option or ask them to pay only through DD/cheque of any nationalised bank.
Also, please let me know if there are any rules that direct buyers to pay the amount only through cheque/DD for safe transaction.
Dear client,
Based on your question,
the better way to get the money as you said is a big amount so you need to do paper work in front of court with a revenue stamp and get the money cheque. so we need to have detailed discussion after seeing your documents. Hope this answer helps you for detailed discussion feel free to contact us.
