Yes, a patta transfer application can be rejected for several common reasons,Based on the information provided, if your Patta application has been rejected by the Tahsildar, you have the option to file an appeal before the Collector. If the Collector gives the same reason for rejection, you can approach the Honorable High Court to obtain the Patta.

It is important to note that since the land was purchased through a cooperative society, any litigation or court case should not stand in the way of obtaining the Patta as long as you have valid possession of the property.

It is recommended that you seek legal advice from a qualified advocate to review the papers and identify any issues that were raised before the Tahsildar. This will help you better understand the legal options available to you and how best to proceed with obtaining the Patta.

Please keep in mind that legal proceedings can be complex and require careful consideration. It is advisable to seek legal counsel to fully understand your legal rights and potential outcomes
