17-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
My father's death 2decades ago was unregistered. However my mother's recent death is registered and legal heirship certificate obtained for two adult daughters as legal heirs ,my father's status mentioned as "Pre-deceased" ...we had given sworn affidavit to the effect that my father's death was unregistered ...Now can we legal heirs get patta transfer with mother's legal heir certificate. Please advice
hi Felix here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, would like to know the nature of the land to which you would like to have the patta transferred to your name, yes you can have the patta transferred to your name in the event of availability of all the valid and legal documents, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications!
