Path issue and they are trying to block it

We are using a path about 30 years..Our neighbour claiming that it's their path and we can't walk through that. They are saying the path in their property documents. What should i do
you can approach before the musiff court for a relief of permanent prohibitory injunction restraing him from obstructing the usage of the pathway and for declaration. you are entitled to use the pathway on the basis of doctrine of prescription
