partnership property sold by a partner without other partner consent and consideration amount was taken in that partner's account and not in firm's account. now i want to cancel the sale deed. any related case law?
Hello sir! As you the partner in the firm your confirmation is must for selling the firm.. And you have first right to buy the firm.. Your partner cannot sell the firm.. You have to share all the details. Afterthat I can give you best possible advice
