Partition suit filed on grounds that father is insane

Registered partition between my three grand fathers in presence of their mother in 1953.They separately build houses in different village. In 1954 they give return separately. Jamabandi of land started sepratly. Two party win ceiling case in 1977.one party sold his own shares of land and filed partion suit on ground.- my father was ill minded but actual HE was graduate in 1945. Pl give opinion
