Partition of property between brothers in case one brother not ready

Sir, I am a govt. employee we are three real brothers having some agricultural land at dehradun uttarakhand.we sold some land on mutual verbal agreement & divided the money equally now we all have confrontation regading some land and the elderone is not ready to sold rest of land because his finacial condition is sound as he has some other property except this.we two the younger are urgently need money to make a house and for heigher studies of their children.So my question is ;is there any law to devide the said property among us in the court to avoid any problem among us or can we file a case to divide the whole property forcefully with the help of court.here it is clear that if the elder does not agree than the two younger will face very difficulty to live peacefully in the society.
