Partition of parents property without will. How should I proceed ?

Dear sir/madam my parents expired with out a will. Now my brother is not accepting for distribution of assets. He is troubling me in all ways. As he is having documents of land he is doing forjury of my mother signature and saying there are debts and asking me to pay the debts. Please help what to do now.

Dear sir,

You should file a suit for partition of the property in question. What is important here is that your brother should not be permitted to enter his name in the property.

Secondly if you feel that he is forging signatures then you must file a police complaint against him.

You have to file partition suit against your brother and challenge the forged signature of your mother. The originals documents in the possession of your brother is not a serious matter Because you can get certified copy from concern dept.
