PARTITION CUM TITAL SUIT COMBINED FILED BY MY ONE BROTHER FOR MY FATHER ACQUIRED AGRICULTURED LAND AND ALSO INCLUDE MY INDIVIDUAL AGRICULTURE LAND FOR PARTITION.I PURCHASED MY LAND DIRECT TO GOVT. AND I HAVE GOVT ALLOTMENT LETTER AND INTKAAL COPY ON MY NAME AND MY AGE WAS THAT TIME 20 YEAR AND I WAS SELF EMPLOYED.BUT MY BROTHER RAISED ISSUE THAT MY INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY IS A JOINT PROPERTY AND MY FATHER IS ALREADY EXPIRED .SO MY BROTHER FILED A TITAL & PARTITION SUIT COMBINED FOR MY FATHER NAMED LAND AND INCLUDED MY CLEAR TITAL LAND WITHIN THE CASE AND DEMANDED FOR STAY ON WHOLE LAND TILL FINAL DECISION.I RECEIVED COURT NOTICE .HOW I REPLIED ?KINDLY GUIDE REGARDING .
