Parking rules Gujarat co operative service society

I m from Ahmedabad, I hv purchased flat in 2018 in Tera registered project. And not opted for open car park. Now society is formed, but society is converting car parking only who has purchased from builder, I have given them reference of Rera and high court judgements but they dined and asked in Gujarat no such parking rules allow society to allot parking to me as others have already paid to builders but I have not. Can you guide me any law in Gujarat / parking rules of Gujarat which I can show him.
in Rera act parking etc is important specs for every appartement member so you can send legal notice to builder for that and your seller owner for more information contact me i give my Best of knowledge reply
