Parents not going to give me (son) any property

01-Mar-2025 (In Property Law)
My parents have only 2 sons (Me and my brother). They have recently mentioned (conclusively) that they are not going to give any of their properties to me and everything will go to my brother. The reason they mentioned is that I had a marriage with a girl from different caste (which they only have performed by themselves). This is a clear cut scenario of caste discrimination by my parents. I believe this is ethically and morally wrong. I want a consultation with the lawyer to know solution.

Firstly they can prevent you from getting the property if it's joint family or ancestral property in that you have every right to claim , in the case self acquired by parents you cannot demand it's their wishes to convey the property
