Parents expired and property in fathers name brother not sharing rent

23-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
Greetings sir/madam. We are two sons in a family. I am the youngest one. And my mother recently passed away and I have a issue in sharing the earning through property(rent). Till date I was never given any share through the earning and it continues even after passing away of my mother, but the property is registered under my father name who also got passed much earlier. My elder brother is foolplaying by not sharing the benefits of the house and even trying to sell movable properties like jewels of my mother without my prior permission. I kindly request to provide with legal actions to be taken. We come under Hindu religious category. thanking you

Dear Sir, If your parents died without any intestate you have a right to claim the rental earning. Please obtain legal heir certificate of your father and mother for further course of action. We can stop selling the house and sharing of revenue by way of filing suit before the competent court and other remedies also available that should be discussed directly.
Thank you.
